Photosynthesis, in short, is the process of plants using sunlight to produces sugar which transfers energy (cellular respiration) from molecules to produce ATP( known as the energy coin of the cell, where energy is stored in the plant or organism)ATP is the feul for all living things.

Most of the time, the photosynthesis process uses water and releases the oxygen that we need to sustain life. Otherwise, the unused energy produced is stored as the ATP.

okay i'll try. first plants need certain factors to be able to photosynthesize, such as: sunlight, water, carbon dioxide, and mineral salts.

Carbon dioxide diffuses into the plant through the stomata and water is absorbed by the roots, throgh the xylem vessels of the root and stem, both will end up into the photosynthesizing cells of the plant(mesophyll cells) in the leaves. the plant then uses energy from the sun to react with the water and carbon doxide to produce Glucose, and oxygen. The oxygen is no needed by the plant and so it will diffuse out of the leaves. the glucose is stored as starch in the cells of the plant or is used for respiration.

I hope i answered your question.

What do you want to know? It takes place normally in the pallisade parenchyma and the spongy parenchyma of plants.

A 6 carbon molecule is split in 2 and CO2 is added to it. Then CO2 is added to that twice more.
