A complete review of all OSHA requirements takes about 1000 pages of small print, just for the regulations. See if you can narrow down your area and go to the OSHA web pages.

OSHA's requirements vary depending on the line of work you're working. For example, OSHA's requirements for teachers is very different from OSHA's requirements for firefighters.
So you need to find out what exactly this class is preparing you for, then you can find the OSHA rules that govern that profession.
