If a person is born in the country of China from White and Chinese parents?

    if you are a US citizen living in china and you have a child, your child is not a chinese national, they are an american born abroad. i'm sure it's the same with other foreigners.

    unlike the US, chinese is not just a nationality, it's a ethnicity. for example someone could be born in hawaii and not be hawaiian.

    If you are asking about the nationality of the person, you need to find out the nationality of the parents (the notion of 'white' is not a nationality, neither is the notion of 'Chinese' which only reflects ethnicity).

    And you also need to look into laws of respective countries of whom the parents are nationals to see whether and how they recognize as nationals descendants born overseas from their nationals.

    no, there are a lot of black and white people born in germany because their parents are military but that doesnt mean they are german.
