Why cant i sign into my yahoo email anymore?
My original screen name is pabdiab2001... for some reason now that i tried signing back into to check my email it tells me that my user name or password is wrong.. i know its right because i have had it for 5 years now. when i tried the forgot Password helper it tells me that the personal information i typed in is not right.. this happened to me before with another account and i could never get back into it.. Now it is very important that get into my pabdiab2001@yahoo.com account because i have very important emails saved there.. what can i do about this...please help
Im not typing it in spanish wise ***... and i signed in last on thursday then friday it wouldnt work anymore

if you have not sign in for some time like 2-3 weeks yahoo wipes your account out completely

Someone probrobly hacked into your account. I am going through the same thing right now, and hopefully close to getting my account back.
You need to Contact Yahoo
Remember your personal info (the information you signed up with) Also you alternate email address and secret Question. If you don't you are SOL.
I don't know the email address, and I don't know how much help they will be. Yahoo is stubburn and slow, and I mean slow. You have to stay on them or they slack off. Some people have been sucessful. I hope to be a sucess story some haven't been so lucky.

Oh by the way it is around 4 months they suspend the account, and send to the reactavation screen. I just reactavated my other account because I was busy to check mail.

I had a new computer installed today, needless to say we are all in the same boat. There isn't even a profile or account to go to to change phone info etc. Now I have no user names or passwords on any of my accounts. A guy from the Geek squad installed it. All that we could manage was my old one, and I had about 2800 messages going back to last year. Then there are those wicked letters you have to figure out which you do about ten times cause you never get them right, and then nothing? I am really starting to get pissed with these people.
