Norton is for everything while webroot is just for spyware. use them both. Webroot does not cover viruses. Dont trust norton with spyware, give that duty to webroot.

You are comparing apples and oranges. SpySweeper is an anti-spyware only.

NIS is a total security suite consisting of an anti-virus, an anti-virus and a firewall.

Both are pretty highly rated.
