Horcruxes, HP?

Ok so here is the thing. This question will contain some HPHBP spoilers so stop reading now if you have not read the book.

As of the end of HP&HBP we know that there are a total of six Horcuxes that Harry needs to find. Two are gone, The ring and the Diary. I believe that the locket are at Number 12 Grimwald place with is the old Head Quarters of the OOTP.

Dumbledore and Harry have come to the conclusion that the Slytherins locket and Hufflepuffs cup are defy Horcruxes. They are not sure about Ravenclaws artifacts being found and are almost postive that there is nothing of Gryffindors left other that the Sword. There has been rumors of Harry being a Horcruxes and possibly Nagini; (Voldemorts Snake).

I would like to know what you all think the last couple Horcruxes could be or where they are located. I have some ideas of my own but I am interested in what you think. I will divulge what i think only to the person i slect to have the best answer. So please be detailed.

    okay, um so the first two: the ring and the diary

    two down, five to go...

    three: the snake, nagini

    four:sytherins locket (why is it at grimwauld place?)

    five: hufflepuff's cup

    six:isn't one still in voldemort?

    seven:wasn't that destroyed when the avada kedevra curse backfired?

    eight:did voldemort really make the seventh horcrux? wasn't he going to make it when he killed harry's parents?

    this really confused me.

    There is 7 horcruxes, 6 that we know of, 2 that are destroyed.

    I have a wacky and interesting theory here, and I have brought a couple people to believe the same. I do not have it all figured out yet, but...I am trying.

    I have been thinking about what t he final horcrux could possibly be. I have 2 possible things. One would be the wand in Ollivander's shop that makes Harry feel *magical*. Rowling made a fact about it in the 1st book, and hasn't she always directed attention around things that would come into the series later for good reason? Just a thought.

    Another thing I have been thinking could be the final horcrux would be Dumbledore. Think: Dumbledore would most certainly NOT be begging for someone to keep his life, and I know that it was some kind of plan between him and Snape, because I also believe Snape is good, and has not returned to the "Dark Side". But then I also think about why Voldemort would have tried to kill him when it was one of his horcruxes...so now I am leaning toward the wand thing.

    I haven't discovered why Voldemort would choose this item (or person), and how he did it.

    I don't know. Just some silly thoughts.

    well i believe that rowling has confirmed that Nagini is definitely a horcrux, and i also believe that the locket is at the blacks' place. besides those, i think the others could be any number of things, but definitely not harry, that doesnt really make sense with the prophecy and stuff
