In addition to the fine meats that the restaurant is world renowned for serving, Ruth’s Chris Steak House also offers a large and premium selection of freshly prepared seafood items. Entrees include Seared Pacific Ahi Tuna, Shrimp Remoulade with a Classic Creole Sauce, New Orleans-Style Barbecued Shrimp, Lobster Tails and Fresh Island Fish. We just got back from Maui last week. If you're going to be in western Maui, around the Lahaina area, then I would recommend going downtown to Kimo's. It's a landmark restaurant that is right on the water. The food is good and the views are gorgeous, especially if you get there around sunset. There's another restaurant called "Mala" that is also on the water. This restaurant is a bit more local with great water views too. Have fun...Maui is a blast!

i say make your OWN resturant, your husband will be suppized and delighted! Go out on the beach will candles and rose petals. Get everthing set up and then have him show up to a night of romance! This is a sexy yet cheap way to show him to love him and care so much that no swanky resturant could compare to the love you put into the meal! Even if it ends up being hotdogs or something

wonderful thing about Maui, you can go anywhere in your bathing suit and cover-up! but for something romantic definitely wear a dress :)

I would strongly suggest Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, very romantic and very DELICIOUS! we went there for our honeymoon and LOVED this restaurant!!! $$$$$$ tho...
