I need recipes that use breaded chicken tenders as an ingredient.?
I have 10 pounds of breaded chicken tenders and am looking for something different to do with them besides just baking or frying them. Do you know of a recipe that includes breaded chicken tenders? Is there some interesting or fancy way I could fix them for a potluck dinner?

Slice up some chicken breast meat into 'tender' size pieces. Whisk together an egg, a little mustard, and a few dashes of cayenne pepper hot-sauce. Mix together a bowl of half flower, half cornmeal with some Cajun seasoning. Coat the raw chicken in the wet mixture, then dredge in the dry mixture. Repeat this step for each tender. You can bake these, but I'd highly recommend frying them in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side instead.

Take a casserole dish, layer mashed potatos, chicken strips cut into pieces, cover with gravy and then with cheddar / provolne shredded cheese and bake until bubbly!!!!
KFC did this and it is so good.
Or:
Fry them, and top salds with them.
Assuming they are cooked:
add to pasta, with spaghetti or alfredo sauce.
Toss with sweet and sour sauce and add to rice.
Make a rollup with ceasar dressing, lettuce and tomatos and cheese.
The possibilities are endless, be creative and good luck!!!

you could do a quick chicken parmigiana....put spaghetti sauce over the tenders as well as mozzarella cheese. back at 350 for whatever the tenders say to do to cook. serve with noodles.

I love to cook a few of them up and toss them in a favorite green salad. Also, I use them with a little spicy mustard and sprinkled with shredded cheddar and roll them up in a tortilla wrap. My hubby and daughter love them this way.

you can toss them in some hot sauce and then bake them...serve them with blue cheese and celery..everyone loves buffalo chicken tenders...plus they go a long way like that...yum i wish i had some right now-lol..=0) or you can stick them on skewers and serve them with all different types of sauces...its a unique way that everyone wil enjoy...like do 1 pound buffalo style w/ blkue cheese on the side, then one pound with melted cheese on it and marinara on the side, then wrap 1 lb in a tortilla wrap and serve with ranch or cesar...then one pound you can do plain with honey mustard and barbeque...ooh i think ill do that for my girls night friday!! GOOD LUCK!!
