I get suicidal from time to time too, Look, have a good boo-hoo cry (it changes the chemical/hormonal balance in your brain to have a good sob-fest. then wipe your tears away & try to look around for even the slightest positive things you have in your life--ESPECIALLY the little things, take a walk, make it game to find things worth looking at or seeing, or smelling, and allthe rest of your 6 senses. Life is for living inthe physical realm, enjoy the smell of baking bread, the beauty of whatever, see an uplifting movie--I like Castaway for that sort of thing--50 Dates is fun too.

Both are good examples of perservering though hardships.

trust me suicied is not worth it. think about what you want and take it. make other pay. make them ay with their lives as you watch the blood drin from the bodies. watch as the feel the frosty touch of death. let them suffer.
