is there a way to record from a cd to a cassette tape?

    Yeah, you can put the cd and cassette tape in, and when you press play on the cd you press play and record on the tape. but b4 you start, there are two little holes on the top of each end of the casette. you will need to cover these with selotape otherwise it won't work.

    At first, I thought this question was dumb.But I see why it was asked in lieu of the fact that most cd player/cassette combos no longer have the record function.

    Get an old one somewhere, like a thrift store or something.Look for the record button on the cassette player and it should work just fine.

    Yes, you need a cd/cassette player combo. Put the cd in and make sure it's set to cd, then press record on the cassette and play on the cd.

    If you have a stand-alone CD player and cassette deck, you'll need an RCA cable to take the left and right out of the CD player into the cassette deck - it's usually the red and white plugs on the back of each deck (so make sure they both have it).

    easy to do .most mini stereo sytems have built in cd n casstte players just put ya cd in .and a blank tape in hit play on cd and record on cassatte .will record automaticcally hope that helps you
