how can i get custody of my daughter that is in puerto rico?
my daughter is 9 years old. she is dropping her grades and they found her to have depresion. i called her and asked her what was wrong and she told me she wants to live with me and that her mothers fights with her stepfather are effecting her. her aunt told me thet her mom does not take care of her and does not even worry about my daughters medical needs.

First of all you need to go to the courts either here or in P.R. , go to the court house and find out ways to go about this. Second if your daughter wants to live with you GO GET HER , before her depression gets any worse than it is . Get her medical help asap. If you do happen to get her to live with you , go to the courts immediately and file for custody.
