public school?

A combination of good teachers and principle and parents doing all they can to ensure their child is learning and getting along well in class also that the child does all work in class and homework (which should be checked by parents), having great communication with teachers and keeping on top of everything your child is doing in school ..its just not the schools responsibility to to make sure you child succeeds its up to the parents also.. success or failure depends on teachers and parents

I went to a few public schools before going private and I was way behind in education and social etiquette.

However when my own child was ready for school, I interviewed nearly 30 schools both public and private and eventually decided on a public school, because above all else , meet the teachers and principle and go with your gut feeling.

I think sucess or failure differs from school to school, from area to area wether they are public or private. I think problems go much deeper, to a drop in the standards that those learning to teach are judged by;To a lack of decent resources. This a problem that has been around for a long time and not much has changed. But thats just my opinion. Hope it helps :)
