Well young man you are just 40 and you've quit.Look every one face problems it doesn't mean that you lose hopes and take it directly to your heart. This life is a test and test contains both easy and difficult questions,so don't worry what ever is going on with you just keep hoping for better and try harder to survive.Try some other places to find a new job as well.I know you'll get one.Just relax and don't tense yourself because you cannot make anything happen but just to make it.I think the best direction is your religion, spend some time in religious lectures and reading religious books,i hope it will cure your problem and controlling your blood pressure consult a physician.Wish you the best of luck

I am sure that you can find another job doing something similiar or within your training in a workplace not so stressing. Look for jobs after work and on weekend. Use a temp agency or job staffing agency if you do not have time. Hopefully if you can get a new job not as stressful, that will help with your health and family committments. If the kids are old enough, get them to chip in around the house to help you out as well.

I think 90% of the working population feel like you. I know I do! Have you tried writing a book? Enjoy something in particular that can develop into a small business of your own?
