Why is mine so stiff in the morning?
Every morning I wake up with stiffness in my leg... It swells up and doesn't go down until Its been rubbed down... What do you think I should do???

Is the way you are sleeping causing something to restrict the flow of blood or your lymph system during the night.
Are you extremely heavy?
What is your age?
It sounds like fluids are being retained in your legs while you sleep.
Does it only happen at night when you sleep?
One thing to do is to start buying grapes with seeds in them and eat a pound of them each day for a few days and swallow the seeds. After a few days of doing this eat a pound of grapes with seeds in them every week. Break it up into 7 portions and eat that each day swallowing the seeds. This is a very powerful health filled substance.

Always make sure you have some light relief before you go to sleep, it may not work but at least it will help you control the stiffness.

I'd see a doctor about that. You may need medication to control the stiffness in the morning. One med is called Sinemet and and be found online in google... Good Luck...

You should get yourself checked out by a doctor. It could be some form of arthritis. my daughter had the same problem and is now on anti-inflammatory medication and it works wonders for her. She can actually get up and walk around with out it being so stiff and sore..

seems like cramp or something... do u jog regularly? if yes then such cramps will go after your muscle develops. Before sleep a mild oil rub on legs may help!

See a doctor unless it is your third leg in which case head for the bathroom and pee.
