ive been to a lot of places and all of them said you must be 18 but i know people that are my age and have jobs. anyone know of any open postions?

I got my first job when I was 14. I started working for a friend of the family’s company but I had to get a work permit because I was under 16. My advice is to ask your guidance counselor at school. They can go over the rules for working minors in your state along with places that can help you find a job. Good luck and happy job-hunting.
