Will a WiFi Router (2wire) and LAN Conflict?
I have an AT&T (2wire) WiFi Router, And am using the Internet connection just fine. However the WiFi LAN I am attempting to run (Home Network) will not work (For game playing/pictures/data). The router DOES act as a DNS, and reassigns both computers a 192.168.*.* address, Is THIS a problem?

What do you mean by WiFi LAN? The 2wire router is also wireless, you just need to plug in the proper SSID (usually defaults to 2wire) and the WEP or WPA key (usually the serial number on the bottom of the router), in the wireless configuration of the computers which will connect wirelessly. Check the documentation to be sure, but that's how they usually do it.
For regular CAT5 cable connections, just plug them into open ports on the 2wire router and they should work fine...
Every machine on your network (whether wired or wireless) should wind up with a 192.168.x.x address via DHCP.

If you plug one unit into the uplink in the other, and put the other at the end of the network daisey chain, it will work. I would put the wifi last in the chain.

I would pick one to do dhcp and dns if possible. Make the other a bridge or turn off routing functions.
