I seriously doubt it since registering a patent is costly and maintaining it (that's to say defending it) can be expensive. And since you want free legal and business advice, let's assume you have no money to get this idea from your head into production.

You would be far better perhaps, to look for a Venture Capitalist or other partner to back your idea...

Let me tell you about patent lawyers. First they are very few and far between, Most patent lawyers have an engineering degree in addition to their LLB. Secondly if your invention is in anyway mechanical then you will need to develop a prototype. That alone can cost thousands. Then you have to have it tested by Underwriters Laboratories or in your case CSA to insure it's safe for public use.

I doubt that any lawyer is willing to invest that kind of money in the project. If that were the case, then any crackpot with any half-baked idea would be out there tying up the folks at the patent office.
