Is there any programs in Illinois that pay for a vehcle titile transfer and help with insurance?

ok, the thing is, I will be able to affird it. I just nee dthe initial elp so I can get to work!!its not a car from a dealership. i bought it for $100. So, there fore you all can kiss *** asking how i'm going to afford it!! I'm poor and need a little help!!

    IF YOU CAN'T PAY FOR THE TITLE TRANSFER THEN HOW IN THE HELL HOW ARE YOU GONNA AFFORD INSURANCE WHEN IT'S DUE AGAIN??? LET ALONE THE GAS .,,, YOU NEED A BIKE!!!

    The answer to that is no.. I will have to agree with the other answers. If you can't pay for that, how will you afford the rest. A dealership can build the cost of the title transfer into the new loan, but the insurance can't.
