When did supporting (by covering up) pedophilia become a republican family value?

If Foley had been a Democrat, there would be no coverup. They would be defending his sexual orientation.

It's always been that way. For those who would say "that's what the democrats do" it wasn't democrats covering for Foley...it was republicans...during an election year...why can't people just accept it??? Foley was a bad man but he could have easily had been a democrat...but it isn't the fact that Foley was a bad man that upsets me the most. It's the fact that he was KNOWN to be a bad man and because it was an election year people kept their mouths shut and allowed him to CONTINUE to be a bad man...This isn't old news, folks...It isn't.

And I also find it strange that republicans are trying all that they can to push this under a rug and forget about it like it's no big deal when Clinton's ordeal was drug through the mud for years! I mean, Clinton performed a wrong act but it was HETEROSEXUAL act...I thought republicans were against HOMOSEXUALITY? Oh wait. Only if the homosexual is democrat, right? I forgot. Forgive me.
