Q1)What will be the best anti virus software to download for free and will not slow down the users? Q2)Do I need to convert to a network server instead of the workstation server. Q3) Any SQL 3 in 1 Inventory & Accounting software that cater for multi companies, multi users, and can run on LYNAX OS must also cater for sales of vehicle/car which has 3 unique fields in a car like chassis, engine, and registration numbers.

None of the free licenses cover commercial use except Clam Anti-Virus. http://www.clamav.net/
AVG and Avast are free for home use only
You should not have a user working on a server. They will mess something up and take out everyone.
I don't know of one, but it could be programmed pretty quickly depending on how involved you want to get.
