Has any one made home made noodles using duck eggs?
If so what did you think? were they just as good or better then chicken eggs?

yes I have and it was delicious! It is better the chicken eggs...but I also find duck eggs with congee is also really nice. Different from the norm

Most eaten meal growing up? Goulash. Beef, carrots, celery, onion, and gravy over mashed potatoes. Or it could be put over bread if potatoes are not available, though its not as good with bread. Favorite meal growing up? Tacos. Favorite meal now? Tuna Melts. Usual birthday meal? Wimpies, home made chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream. Holiday? Thanksgiving - Turkey with all the extras. Christmas/New Year's Day - Ham New Year's Eve - Chinese food or fish.
