Why do I feel the coldness in my knees?

I am 29 years old and I have never felt this before in my knee joints. Am I not getting the right vitamins or something?

Sometimes if the body is experiencing anemia one could feel this symptom. So you need to go to the doctor for some blood studies like your hemoglobin count and RBC. You might as well take Ferrous Sulfate or iron-rich foods to supplement the lack.

It could also be from the cold environment or perhaps you are experiencing from gouty arthritis.

Your gettin a little older. (NOT OLD! but oldER) It could be the first stages of arthritis. If you talk to your doctor, he'll know for sure and can put you on some medication.
