What is the easiest approach to learn playing Guitar?

Some do it through chodes, some through scales. Is there a big picture one can see before starting and work towards it for example if you are a lead guitaritst then you look at the finger pattern of the chodes and do the strikes in the scale, in which case learning chodes first is good and what is the advantage of learning scales in the first place? Is there any good books available for this, if so pleas show the source.

    Go take lessons... trust me.

Otherwise, you learn the NAMES of the strings and how everything works first. Then, learn the first 3 notes of the B scale. Then the next, and next, and so on.

Go and get lvl one guitar books.

you will get a various answer to this question looking on who you ask. i decide for to advise commencing on an acoustic and that i'll describe my reasoning so which you will make certain for your self. First: which ever you opt for, get one that is physically powerful sufficient high quality so it is going to stay in track and has consumer-friendly sufficient 'action' so which you do no longer spent greater time scuffling with the device than gaining wisdom of. Acoustic: An acoustic could be performed everywhere via fact it would not could desire to be amplified. Acoustics are lots greater forgiving once you're gaining wisdom of to strum, in spite of if specifically circumstances harder to finger chords. electric powered: often an electric powered could have greater common action. That makes it greater common to press the strings once you're gaining wisdom of chords. The down area to consumer-friendly action is that it is greater common to inadvertently pull the strings out of track as you finger a chord. In different words, an electric powered demands a easy touch....greater administration, that's in basic terms one greater factor for a newbie to comprehend. an electric powered additionally has an entire 2d length which must be mastered: the electronics. and of path there is the aptitude distraction of having so wrapped up in skill chords and outcomes which you end gaining wisdom of the device. base line: an acoustic could be set up with easy gauge strings so it will be consumer-friendly to finger. as quickly as you have mastered the basics of the two palms, you are able to flow directly to an electric powered...yet wager what? The acoustic won't visit waste. you will nevertheless play it. ultimate of luck to you.

Learn the basics. If you want to be a 'rock star' , rather than a musician, hang it up.
