La Migra is Spanish slang for. Immigration and Naturalization Service. They do not like being sent back to there home country. Money to be made washing cars and busing tables mowing yards. Cleaning yours and mine houses. Or other wise if government won't rase the mimium wadges our kids will just sit on there lazy....Butts

it means piss on the la migra, pertains to the american resistance movement to stop people from entering the u.s.a illegally ,much unlike they have a habbit of doing themselves
