Well, good thing they're honest. Can it be cured? Use a lot of protection? wait until you're married?

You can still be friends. It is awkward but you will never feel the same about that person again. It is a major mood changer. I have been told the same thing several times (because I ask). I have never done it with any of them.
They should have been more careful, it is thier problem really. The population in the USA broke 300 million this week, so I think you can find one without dirty laundry!
ps all the people who have written answers above me have the same disease but dont tell anyone I told you :)))

Tell them it was nice knowing ya. But seriously, do you want to break out with sores? Do you like them that much? If you do, your crazy. Thats the problem, if they weren't out sleeping around they would'nt have a virus.

End the relationship. There is no reason for you to risk getting something for a lifetime for someone you barely know.

Depends on how much I liked them and what it was. Herpes, ok, use protection. AIDS, I would have to think about that a bit more.
