How do I get my web cam to work?

It is a D-Link type DSB-C100.

    Should be plug and play, plug it in, and windows will automatically install drivers for you, if not pop in the CD ROM disc that came with your webcam, install the drivers and then a way you go.

    A lot depends on what your sytem has: the operating system software you are using, the available memory, USB 1.0 or USB 2.0. I recently had problems with mine because I had only had USB 1.0 on my computer. For about $20, I got a card with USB 2.0 on it, and that got my cam working with all the programs I use.     first download the drivers for ur listed model type from driverguide.com then install using

    scanners and cameras icon in control panel or add hardware wizard...give the path where the drivers are stored and u r there..

    it won't work if you are connecting to the Internet using dial-up
