yahoo messenger won't let me log on?
when i go to log on it asks for me to sign in i click on it and it acts as if it is going to then it goes back to asking me to sign in again.When i go to the top and click on help it won't even bring up the page instead a message saying can not run unicode of ATL.DLL on windows 95,98 or windows me please install the ansi version.I don't know what or where to get ansi version plz help.

If you have already checked your firewall and un-installed and re-installed perhaps if you call your carrier and they can help you.

they r 2 main reasons 4 this
1.probably u dint download Ur yahoo messanger properly
2.there may be a problem with ur pc software
its better if u reinstall ur messenger again

you have to uninstall yahoo messenger completely from your desktop and then reinstall it but it has to be that version that matches with your computer. like if you have windows 98, you have to install that version for 98... just as you would have to if you had windows xp version, you would have to install the version for that. it has to be compatible.
