How do you move page left to right.?

Just like the little thing you move up and down on the right side of your screen there should be one @ the bottom that looks the same way. Click it and move your mouse the direction you want it to go or click on the little arrow in the right to move to the right and or the one on the left to move to the left

If you have the little wheel on you mose click it and you can have the options of moving it up-down, or side to side.
