This depends on what Duster he has. I'm afraid there is no short answer to what you'd expect to be a simple question.

All '72 and earlier Dusters with used a 5 x 4" bolt pattern from the factory. So did '73-'76 Dusters with four wheel drums. The '73-'76 Dusters with disc brakes used the 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern. So did the Volare-based later Dusters.

And further complicating matters, there's a fair number of '72 and earlier Dusters running around with the later bolt pattern owing to the large number of Mopar fans who have either been sick of the difficulties involved in finding 5 x 4" bolt pattern wheels, or simply wanted to upgrade to the later discs. And there are even be a few incomplete conversions where somebody has switched the bolt pattern on only one end due to lack of funds or time... although it's very rare for such a beastie to have four identical wheels. :)

So check with your friend about what year Duster it is... and what year brakes and rear axle are on it.
