If you believe in Paradise, what are you *doing* every day to get there? Are you sure you will?

I truly believe in a Paradise. My family and I are trying to live our lives according to God's will, following bible principles. We have put on the new personality, that we are to do. It is a new way of life. A better one for us. I am putting my complete trust in God. It is up to him wether or not we make it. But we would love to be there. If I don't get to be there, because I have failed to live up to what is required of me. I pray my kids will make it. They have truly proven they love God so much, they are great kids.

I believe that here and now is "heaven". Living it is an ongoing processs of realization of it. Each day, every day, I try to expand my awareness to come to a greater realization of it, and the more I do, the more amazing it becomes. I gather knowledge from anything and everything that I feel has a sense of truth to it. Since this is a completely subjective view of reality, the journey to "paradise" will be different for everyone. I just spend as much time as I can living in the awareness that here and now is heaven, and my task is to find out all that I can about it. The best way to find heaven is to follow you bliss.

I believe that earth is heaven (paradise) and hell. That when you hear a child laugh and it makes you smile that is a peace of heaven and that when you hear of a child dieing and it effects you that is hell. I also believe to that the better of a person you are the more heaven will be in your world and the more of a bad person you are the more hell will be in your world.

Complete trust in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the God-Man. That he paid my entire sin debt on the cross of Calvary with his own blood, then 3 days and 3 nights later rose again from the dead. I am not personally "doing" anything to get to heaven.

I believe in heaven and yes I'm going there. I've chosen Christ as my Lord and savior and that's my assurance.

I am not seeking to justify myself in the eyes of those whose hearts are filled with scorn.

It is not through people that any are justified.

This question pre-supposes that we need to earn our way to heaven. However, this is false. Fact is Christ earned our way to heaven.
