Has anyone ever had the sex of their baby predicted right using saliva?
My dentist swears he can predict with certainty the gender of the baby by looking at the pregnant mother's saliva. Even though I'm only 9wks along, he says it's a girl. Anyone else ever had that?
I thought it was all in fun but he kept swearing up and down so seriously. He even made a note on my chart to ask me at my next visit if the u/s says it's a girl. I had to laugh, but thought I'd ask for fun.

No, I have never heard of it before. I am not sure if this is even possible. I guess you will find out when you have an ultrasound. I am 9 weeks along as well. It may just be he has either been lucky or it is another old wives tale theory...although I haven't heard that one before.

Never in my life have I heard of that....let us know in 31 weeks whether or not he was right, lmao.
