Try Creme of Nature permanent hair color--Golden Brown. It has wonderful highlights and really conditions your hair as an added benefit. And it is just enough, without becoming a fluorescent bulb. I think it is a good place to start. Just remember with hair color and perms, you can't sleep on keeping your hair moisturized, or you won't have no hair to worry about.

WEll dont buy one of those boxes from a pharmacy or something. You have to go to a salon or something. If you buy a box it will wear out the wrong way and those boxes are to be used to preserve your haircolor. Get a dark borwn so if you had gotten light brown your black routes are more visible. Maybe you would want to lighten your brows.

Well your going to have to start with a color stripper, they are in beauty supply stores for about $12.00 and then you can follow with a color. Don't be scared after the color stripper cause it will make your hair look funny, but hair color only deposits color, and you can't deposit a lighter color on darker hair, i went to cosmetology school.

Find a black celebrity and copy their style. Queen Latifa, Tyra Banks, Halle Berry, Serena Williams, Iman, Naomi. Be sure to bring pictures to your stylist.

optimistic, while you're like me and merely get bored inclusive of your comparable-old, comparable-old brown hair, coloring might properly be exciting! I even have the ideal comparable coloring as you (or quite close), and my hair seems rather large in this coloration stated as "Deep Burgundy". It additionally seems large in rich darker reds and blacks (the vivid type, no longer the uninteresting ones).

go to a salon and have it done professionaly. there is less risk of damage and they will tell you exactly what you need to do and what may happen. going to brown shouldnt be too drastic, though you might need a little lightener and you dont want to do that at home. hope that helps.

You really want to change it to brown? I suggest a brown that's similar to cocoa or oatmeal.
