why are you against SSM?

okay. i've had my fun of bashing people who believe that SSM marriage is wrong. but i think it's time that i actually listen to the other side. so why are you against same sex marriage? please, no comments "becuase god says it's wrong" that is not a vaild reason, religion should have no weight in the decisions of the court. i want you guys to think logically, of how this will/might have an impact on your life.

and people who are for SSM, let them speak, it is their turn. you can debate but please no flaming. and please no god related answers i will dismiss those answers.

so bash away.

Update:

it's interesting that you brought that up about animals. just so you know they did open a new mesum for homosexual animals.

In the Native American culture it's a No-No. Today's society is forever changing and 'evolving' .. I feel that SSM is not appropriate because Men and Women are meant to get married to start procreating and to start a family. Sure you can adopt a child, but in all reality, two same-sex partners can not produce offspring.. therefore in 'nature' they do not belong together.

You don't see two male dogs fornicating and becoming lifelong partners.. i think as humans we lack what all other species have.. superior intelligence... we may be the highest on the food change .. but we keep it up and we won't be like that 200 yrs from now.. thank god i won't be here to see it...

I haven't heard one valid, logical law-related argument against SSM yet. If you get a decent response, I'll be here to check it out.
