With the realease of online community projects like Time Capsule, Answers, and Yahoo Talent, it seems that Yahoo is deperate to maintaint their user base that is camping around MySpace, You Tube, and other popular web communities.

The new Yahoo Mail seems a bit like Gmail to me. I guess Yahoo's mantra is: If you can't innovate then imitate.

I think yahoo's innovation comes from the desperation to stay on top, but answers is definetly cool, or else why would you be on it?
