First of all SERIOUSLY DOUBTFULLY AIDS! I believe it could be only a couple of fairly-serious things. #1) Herpes...it causes your lymph nodes to swell (and you have those all over your baody in the places you mentioned, but Herpes usually causes them to swell in your pelvis area). #2) Mono (the kissing disease--could explain the cold-like symptoms, aches, pains, and swelling, but not burning urination). A urine test doesn't check for herpes, and a blood test wouldn't show that you have the antibodies for 2-3 months (meaning it would show negative if really early on). You must have lesions (could be inside or outside penis, requiring swabbing of the shaft, ouch) to be able to test skin for immediate results of herpes. Your first breakout is the most severe, causing painful urination and enlargement of the lymph nodes. It usually shows within 7-20 days of sex with infected person. Also, possible just infection treated with antibiotics. If it was mono, I believe a blood test or other tests are needed to rule out.

you have some kind of infection going on ...you do need to see a doctor... you need to tell the doctor all your symptoms it could be a few different things...after reading a answer of someone else thought id add more to my answer...The first symptoms of HIV infection can resemble symptoms of common cold or flu viruses. The symptoms of early infection can also be similar to the symptoms of other sexually transmitted diseases and other infections such as "mono" or hepatitis, which are much more commonly and more easily transmitted. Stress and anxiety can also produce symptoms in some people, even though they do not have HIV.
Some people who contract HIV experience very strong symptoms, but others experience none at all. Those who do have symptoms generally experience fever, fatigue, and, often, rash. Other common symptoms can include headache, swollen lymph nodes, and sore throat. These symptoms can occur within days or weeks of the initial exposure to the virus during a period called primary or acute HIV infection.
Because of the nonspecific symptoms associated with primary or acute HIV infection, symptoms are not a reliable way to diagnose HIV infection. Testing for HIV antibodies is the only way to know whether you have been infected; however, the HIV antibody test only works after the infected person's immune system develops antibodies to HIV. During the "window period" between the initial infection and the period in which antibodies are detectable (which can be from 2 weeks to 6 months, but is usually 3 months), standard HIV testing is ineffective.
There is no way to know for sure if someone else has HIV. Many people with HIV look perfectly healthy. Other people who are sick with HIV may have symptoms that are identical to other common illnesses. You cannot tell by looking whether someone is HIV positive. The only way to know for sure is if someone tells you. It is important to consider how well you know someone and how much you trust them when talking about sex and HIV. the person said it takes 10 years for symptoms wrong,,,,

Hello my name is shannon but i'm not going to tell you my last name but the first time i had sex i didn't use a comdom and thank god that i don't have anything. anyways the burning and stuff could come from the comdom not that you have anything, or you might have an infection so i would not worry. you can caugh hiv's from even kissing or anything tradwing body fluid but you use a comdom so it would of not went threw your comdom. but if you didn't use a comdom and you just want to say you did for some reason you might have something . because it could take months or yeary to found out so you could have a disease that might be able to be cure so . so if you didn't wear a comdom i would be worryed about a disease but not hiv/ aids. and also it qwould not give you a cold like that.
Thank you for your time
shannon

You used a condom. so you should not have contracted HIV but get tested any way for peace of mind. The only way you could have acquired HIV would be if she actually had HIV. HIV can only be found in blood, semen, vaginal fluid and breast milk. You would need an open wound for these to infect you and you blocked the only other opening for the virus to enter your body by wearing a condom. The other symptoms sound like swollen lymph nodes which can be caused when one is just plain ole sick. Or by Mononucleosis which is sometimes called the kissing disease since it is commonly transmitted in saliva when two people kiss. The burning in your penis could have been caused by the spermicide or the condom itself.

Don't worry so much about it now. You needed to worry about it before you went with the girl. Next time asked her questions like how many guys in one day does she do? How many minutes from the last guy she done has past? After you drive into a sl ut then start worrying about std's is way too late.

Yes and no.If you find out you do have H.I.V, you should be careful and get as much help as you can.Don't worry to much about it, because it will only make things worse. Try researching H.I.V., and see how you can help your self. NEVER EVER HAVE SEX AGAIN IF YOUR'E HAVING PROBLEMS. IT WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE.So just relax, and dont worry to much, but keep a close eye out.

HIV Usually does not present itself that quickly. Now that i've seen your symptoms it looks lik you can either have Syphilis or Genital Herpes. Go get the test just in case but HIV usually does not present itself this quickly. Although all your symptoms match Genital herpes.

You should not be worried because you don't have HIV. You probably just had a common cold and you can even break out in hives if you stress out about stuff. Please don't be concerned. You are fine!
