Dont they have a disclaimer in every show that "the names and characters are fictional and any relation to someone real or deceased is purely coincidental" or something like that? I could swear they do, and I would say that pretty much covers them for cases like this. Its not Law and Order's fault that she is over sensitive.

GET OVER IT CAUSE ALL SHE IS DOING IS DRAWING MORE ATTENTION TO IT AND MAKE MORE PPL WANT TO WATCH IT.
