It's gonna go to the Supreme Court. And it's time for the liberals to invest in Kleenex. Maybe even Bounty Paper Towels. For all the tears coming in November!! Bounty is, afterall, the 'quicker picker upper'.

This is not so much an answer as it is an observation, but just as a counterpoint and further evidence the laws of this country are inconsistent; pregnant women are not permitted to use the carpool lane with nobody else in the vehicle as passengers.

When a person kills a pregnant woman, he/she is NOT always convicted of two murders. Circumstances apply, this is not simply a black and white issue.

Abortion is not murder unless you believe life begins at conception and not everyone believes that.

When you kill a pregnant woman you are charged with two murders because it is a heinous crime, however I do not feel u should be charged with two murders unless the fetus was viable outside the womb.

Not everyone believes life begins at conception please remember that.

Actually, in order to be tried as a double murder it is necessary that the child be old enough to live outside the womb.
