what does horse meat taste like?

You could go visit Europe and try it as a delicacy. But eating horse meat in the United States is illegal. Although I still cant figure out why we can kill horses for meat, the last two horse slaughter houses are located in TX, but cant eat it. I cant wait until the last two horse slaughter houses are closed down. But then we would send all of our horses across seas or into Canada. I don't really know what the future will be, but I hope it turns out better for the horses and all animals that are killed for slaughter.

I don't know, and I'm never going to find out as I'm a life-long horse lover and owner. To me, eating horse meat would be like eating a member of my family, and I sure can't see that EVER happening!!!

Don't know. Why would you want to eat horse meat anyhow? I love horses can't see myself eating my beloved horse or any horse for that matter.

i've always had the same curiosity! but I don't think that in america eating horse is the common thing.
