Do u fynd it hard to express yourself?

Unfortunately I used to have the opposite problem : not holding back and being too frank. I've gotten much better ... I used to be like:

Stranger: Hi there, nice to meet you.

Me: What the helz that thing on your face!?

Company President: I just wanted to thank you for your great work and give you a raise

Me: How the Helz would you know what I do. You got your head so far up uranus when you fart,you taste it.... Damm right I'm gettin a raise! It'll make up for me coverin your azz all the time and doin your job!! You stupid worthless piece of ****. If I werent bangin your wife I'd quit.

. . . . Now I'm all like:

hey,

sup,

sure,

whatever.

. . . .. . . . . . . . . . . which you like better?

If I find it hard, I express myself at the first available opportunity.
