If I cooked an original Chinese dinner for you, would you dare to eat it ?

I'll do anything for an original Chinese dinner. Would you like to host at my private Las Vegas Mansion overlooking the strip?

I am Chinese and I can't find any place in Las Vegas that have decent Chinese food. Only in California- there are good dishes.

I could eat anything- hot, cold, bitter, sweet, sour, spicy, salty, plain. My favorite is spare rib with black bean sauce, seafood Jin Mein, Green Onion Pancake, any kind of ToFu, and etc.

Define original Chinese dinner. There are so many different types of Chinese food to begin with. Are you referring to Northern or Southern Chinese cuisine? What about the cuisines from the minority tribes? I'm game for anything as long as you don't take pains to over-create a dish. Chinese have a tendency of overdoing things like seeking exotic meat and brewing soup for 10 hours. Sometimes, simplicity in cooking techniques results in equally tasty dishes.

Not only would I eat it, but I would cook you a beautiful Puerto Rican dinner that would make you think you were eating by the ocean under a palm tree.

How about Sparrow or Donkey ... that was on the menu when I was in Beijing, alot of really good food, except didnt like OX too much, it's a weird texture for being beef ...

Sounds lovely! I love Chinese food. Just don't tell what is in it until after we're done eating. (Original dinners can be quite... creative sometimes. From my experience living in China, that is.)

I think I know what you mean by "original" - authentic. I'm not so into frogs, turtles, duck heads or duck/chicken feet.

But my sweetie is from Hong Kong and makes fabuluous Chinese without the authentic ingrediants.

that would stupid to apply those words IT ought to point there must be many ethnic eating places in you city I even have in basic terms one... SO ,,,I say King Wah's.. yet another Thai eating place,, and that's NIpa's

depends on what is in it..I don't think I have ever eaten original Chinese....Mine is always American Chinese..
