is frequent masturbation bad if you are trying to add muscle i.e. lean bodt mass to your frame?

im trying to add lean mass to my physique. i do masturbate often. i have tried to stop but its very difficult. Shall this habit affect my gains in body mass

    why stop masturbating? It isn;t fattening or high in cholesterol and it won;t make yourpalms hairy or your eyes go blind. It will give you a release of sexual tension, keep your juices flowing and reduce the risk of prostate cancer though. And th eonly way it could interfere with yoru exercise and other conditioning routines is if you avoid the workouts in favour of giving your little guy one. So, keep masturbation in it's place and maintain a helathy balance in your life and all will be well.

    I don't think frequent masturbation is going to affect how you build lean body mass to your frame. Building muscles is a totaly different process. Check out the resources below to understand how you can build muscles and still enjoy sex as a form of mental motivation.

    Believe this or not, some German officers during WW2 did not condone masturbation for there elite troops or mixing with opposite sex thinking the sex or draining of their "manhood" would create lesser troop function.

    This is not a modern conception but goes way back. Various thoughts about this exist but, there's no known proof of this existing in any medical studies today.

    Of course this can be tiring, stop and think about it. If you pump the pole to much your going to tire yourself out, poor boy. You'll get sore also.

    Its called SAFE sex for a reason, it should not hurt in building muscle. there is a myth that masturbating reduces testosterone and makes you gain muscle slower so just to be sure just dont masturbate more than once a day and also dont do it right after your workout. enjoy yourself man, masturbating is perfectly healthy. good luck :D

    No, that was a myth. It can lower your energy a bit if you have to exercise but thats it.
