South Americans make a sauce with unsweetened chocolate called Mole pronounced mol-eh. I haven't tried it. I would say no to chicken and chocolate together.

I'm a vegetarian...so I just can't do it. It's inhuman to cover chicken in chocolate. Now if you want to cover me in chocolate, lots and lots of chocolate. SWIMMING in chocolate, throw in some nuts - heck I am nuts. BUT PLEASE, do not torture the chicken.
