Because a hotel room is for sleeping in. Why pay $400 a night when you could spend $60 a night and use the other 340 bux for food and entertainment for the evening? :P

I think men are more practical when it comes to things like clothes, shoes, even restaurants or a nice hotel over a cheap one and is it worth going out to a fancy overpriced dinner. Maybe they,men, are just not impressed by those things. Not that my husband was cheap. He gave nice presents. they were very practical and showed concern for my safety. Maybe some women wouldn't appreciate a new set of tires but I did. I never have a flat either and I use the tire gauge he put in the glove box quite often.

Well, to get back to your question .......

I have cooked in nice and Expensive hotels for over 20 years. I am not so impressed by a room full of frills, over-priced room service, or spending 60 to 80 bucks for dinner for two, price varies with how much you spend on wine. Besides I can make all the fancy gourmet food I want at home.

By the way, most of the time that wine glass full of water is the same stuff you get out of the tap at home.

Most men want to stay in a hotel that appears safe. The cheap motels are in the worst parts of town. Perhaps you should seek other men.

If you want the experience of luxury which ladies appreciate more, that what you get went you go to an expensive restuarant or hotel. Males may prefer to spend their money on the experience of adventure instead of luxury. Having said that men who have the money, love to spend it in luxurious hotels & resorts & go golfing or yachting.

first of all i'm reporting you for sexist. second men don't care about the luxury of a hotel but the cost. Women just like spending their husbands money so they cna have a good time. So the question should be, Why do women like expensive hotels? and guess the answer. Because their HUSBAND pays for it.

WE Want HIGH-DOLLAR HOOKERS and cheap motels because we are pigs and we don't need fancy hotels (we wipe ourselves on the curtains for christs' sake !) We eat hotdogs and nachos and drink cheap beer - ( it will all be in the same bowl come morning) Why waste money on the things we don't want ???

Because they know the facts and figures behind these fascinating things and they really know their worth in absolute terms and having felt that these things are not worth it,they reject such things...Any sensible thing if come accross their way by chance...I am sure they wouldn't miss it, if they feel its worth it,why not then be an expensive Hotel !

Not noticing, they don't want to waste money on that...rather waste it on beer and drinks. If I was you, I would just take his money, and tell him, "I'm going to a better hotel a few blocks from her. Just come to the hotel on this card...and your staying here."
