wow.... there are so many more! btw those are all bands. oh, there is this hilarious song called emo kid, it makes fun of emo people. the music video is gay, but the song is funny. search adam and andrew, and adamandandrew.com should come up, and you go there and press media, and it shoould say something about emo kid video.

Some of this isn't new, but it's a good bet you haven't heard much of it.

Indie Rock - Neutral Milk Hotel, The Raconteurs, The Arctic Monkeys, The Apples in Stereo,

Rock - Rage Against The Machine,

Punk - Propaghandi, ANti-Flag, The Clash, Dead Kennedys

Classic Rock - Country Joe and The Fish, QUicksilver Messenger Service, Jefferson Airplane

These are only a few of the many bands most people haven't heard of. You should try listening to some of the more popular classic rock stuff also, but besides that, I recommend staying out of the commercialized mainstream music scene, there are so many better choices.
