why cant I download the new windows messenger with voice.?

When I download it, it appers to download and install. It even puts the shortcut on my desktop. Then when I open the shortcut and try to run it, the download window opens again like I never downloaded the thing.

    did you reboot after you uninstalled messenger ? maybe run your virus scan , after you updated it.. when all else fails, uninstall and re-install again .. bummer eh..

    Since you may be in the military, they disabled your computer from downloading any communication device, so you don't share your stories, photos, and engage inappropriate conversations regarding the current wars.
