Can anyone recommend some good books on eating with the goal of maximum energy throughout the day?
Hello all, thanks for any advice. Basically, I am looking to find either good websites, or more importantly a few good books on the subject of eating for energy rather than for weight loss or anything like that. I find I am very often lethargic during the day, and to say I do not have a healthy diet would be an understatement, so I figure that's the best place to start. :)

For the energy prob you should have a simple blood test for the low (hypo) thyroid. It's easy and quick. You'd be surprised how a low thyroid takes away your energy.
