Windows 2000 Rollup 1 for Service Pack 4. To install or not ???
Does the rollup pack actually increase the stability and performance of my PC? I have Windows 2000 Professional edition with SP4. Should I install the rollup1 patch on it? Has anyone tried it here? Did it give any trouble?

You need to understand that the roll up is all of the security patches and updates that have been released since Service Pack 4 was originally released.
If you have been updating your system regularly then you really don't need this roll up. If you have not done regular updates then I would suggest that you use the roll up. Security and patch updates are all that MS will be releasing any more for Windows 2000. That even stops soon and you will only get critical security updates after that.
