Good 16 year anniversary gift?
Our special day is on her b day and 5 days after mine. I have did the jewelery more than once the spa treatmeants, a 7 day cruise for her and her sister, the simple candle light dinners, now what? All I can think of is me with a big red bow.

Do you have a nice photo of you two. How about getting the photo made into postage stamps. I was given that gift and I thought it was very nice. Someone mention naming a star after her. That's nice. If you go on line it cost about $26. I think that is a nice gift. Good luck and happy anniversary.
