Ringtones Locked On KRZR K1M on Verizon Wireless?

I just recently got the new Krzr K1m from verizon wireless. Before getting my new phone, I sent all of my ringtones from my old phone to Pix Place (which were not purchases ringtones, I sent them to my phone from another service). After getting my new phone, I sent them to it from Pix Place. My problem is that I can not preview the saved ringtones in My Sounds, My Ringtones, Etc. I can set them as my ringtones however. ALSO, The ringtones that came with my phone can not be previewed. They have a little lock icon right next to them that prevents me from listening to the tone before I choose it for my call setting, alert, etc. Is there any way to fix this, or get around it?
