POT should be legalized..But there is no way the alcohol and pharmaceutical companies will allow it..The people who use to smoke now drink and take pills because of drug tests...

I don't know. I see the good and bad of it. I see the point in saying yes, legalize it for taxes, make money on it. I know it is supposedly safer than alcohol, cigarettes and coffee combined. I suppose we could shift our focus to "harder drugs" and maybe lower our prison population.

But do we really need another legal drug? Look at the problems cigarettes cause with illnesses, corruption, and lies. Alcohol has the same problem only worse. It makes some people crazy. Driving under the influence is bad enough, and if pot is legalized, more people will have access to it, and more will drive under the influence.

So I say from a monetary standpoint yes. From a standpoint for the sake of humanity, no.

Apparently Caffeine and Sugar are doing a lot more damage to health, both physically and mentally, than anyone can prove Marijuana ever did. Of course, alcohol and nicotine products would suffer on the stock market if Marijuana was available. As would those treating diseases of the body and mind caused by alcohol and nicotine products.

However, we are a slightly theocratic and very political money oriented country so marijuana will stay illegal.

Yes, why not... cigarettes are legal, Alcohol is legal, perscritpion drugs are legal at least it can be regulated.. and if at some future pont they find out it does more harm than good,,, someone in America will be able to turn around and sue the manufactures for a landmark sum of money. 3million for a too hot McDonalds coffee..

    think of the possiblities...

Yes. Alcohol is just as bad if not worse then weed. The government would make SOOO much money if they had weed stores regulated like ABC stores. And it would cut out on tying up our justice systems with petty **** like having a bag of weed on you while driving. SO yes LEGALIZE WEED. maybe we could pay down the national debt, or get working equipment to the troops in Iraq. you know something productive.

Yes, of course. I'd consider a caveat about identification, and add other drugs as well.

The whole DEA mentality was pushed by the Puritan mind ( they did get here first ) that seeks to punish joy outside of their idea of what's legal joy.

Logic is missing in our national policy here.

just an interesting observation- in one of her speeches, Cathy O'brien (a former CIA White House/Pentagon level Mk-ultra mind control slave) she was talking about how her controllers would make her take all sorts of drugs, like cocaine, heroine, etc., but they would under no circumstances allow her to smoke pot. it turns out that marijuana opens the neuron pathways in the brain that are related to suppressed memories (which are essential to the maintainence of a mind control victim)

    It should be legal

No one has the right to tell us what we have to do!

We can take care of ourselves. No one makes chocolate illegal because there are so many fat people!!

    Check out my question!!

    Greetings

NO... in fact, i'm against all drugs..

i REALLY think smoking should be against the law, too. not that i have enough AGAINST people smoking, but i think it's REALLY bad for people's health... and that we really shouldn't be ignoring the kinds of diseases that people who smoke get.

i'm sorry if you don't agree, but that's what i think.
